London Art Biennale 2023 Finalist
'A letter to myself as a child
One day you will travel to a faraway country, and you will try to paint with the freedom that you have now. This is why this letter is full of drawings - doodles from you to me to remind me who I am. It’s the houses drawn with chalk on the blackboard at school, the buildings you dreamed of building, the colours of your little world. This life of yours is like a Lego house, full of parts which split apart and come together… chaotic, yet making complete sense, not easy, but simple. I’m building this house… in your own way'
